Secondly, we are trained psychologists and coaches who want to support you through your journey of life.

I've led large teams (20+ people) in organisations in my previous career in finance and accounting. As part of that chapter, I have had to coach and train people from all walks of life and I am passionate in supporting people who are stuck in life dealing with career issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, financial stress, or work stress.
I love to listen to the problems of my clients, sit down with them to provide them with some practical tools, then problem solve together with my clients so that they can move onto the next chapter in their lives. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology and life experiences. But this might not mean anything until we sit down and have a nice chat.

Staying mentally healthy is an important aspect in everyday life. It helps us to grow, care, strive and thrive in life.
However, when one goes through stress, it could trigger off a series of events that impacts our mental health which in turn impacts other factors in our lives such as career, relationships, finances, studies to name a few.

I am well trained in Mindfulness based therapies, CBT, Solution Focused, and positive psychology so will tailor the therapy to suit your needs, personality and issues.
